Description: Bethpage State Park is one of the most popular and cherished public parks in the nation.  Located in suburban Long Island in close proximity to New York City, Bethpage is a mecca for public golf featuring five 18-hole regulation golf courses, including the world-renowned Black Course.

The Original Championship Course at Blackwolf Run

Description: The game of golf is pushed to extremes at the aboutGolf Competition Course. Designed to test your skills against friends, the Competition Course offers a variety of holes to push your game to the edge.

Visit the World Long Drive venue and find out who among you is champion off the tee. Push your wedges to the max attempting to clear the flop wall on hole 2 and stick it on the green. Watch out for obstacles in front of hole 3’s tee box. Do you have the skill to hit a fairway if aiming straight isn’t an option? Take a Closest to Pin challenge to hole 4 and test your accuracy on one of the smallest island greens imaginable.

Daegu Country Club

Distance Control Drill

Description: Developed in conjunction with renowned PGA Instructors, the Distance Control Drill course challenges golfers to focus on controlling a wide range of shot distances.

The first “tee” starts 180 yards from the green and each subsequent tee moves 10 yards closer to the green.  All holes are played on the beautiful Straits course at Whistling Straits, hole #2.

Distance Control Drill is a great opportunity to learn your game and practice shots using all of the clubs in your bag.

Druids Glen Golf Club

Hayden Lake Country Club

Description: The Hayden Lake Country Club is a member-owned club rich in history and tradition.

Once a favorite gathering place for the Coeur d’Alene Indian Tribe, the Club location on the shores of Hayden Lake was originally the site of the Bozanta Tavern. J.C. Olmsted, of the distinguished Brookline, Massachusetts Firm of landscape architects who designed New York’s Central park, was brought out to plan the grounds. The lakeside resort was designed in 1907 by the leading Northwest architect of the era. In 1927, ownership of the tavern was transferred. It then became known as The Hayden Lake Country Club, and today is regarded as one of the premier clubs in the Western United States.

Since its founding, the club has experienced a colorful past. We have hosted a sitting President (William Howard Taft), served as the location for a silent film and functioned as the officers’ quarters for Farragut Naval Base on Lake Pend Oreille during World War II. The HLCC golf course, having been completed in 1912, was the first 18 hole layout in Idaho and has continued to be the mainstay since the turn of the century.

The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island

Description: Bulk in 1991 by Pete Dye, there are no prevailing winds on the course. Located on the eastern-most end of Kiawah Island, the course has more seaside holes than any other course in the Northern Hemisphere – 10 right along the Atlantic. Although it was originally designed to sit behind the dunes, Dye’s wife suggested raising the entire course to allow players unobstructed views of Kiawah’s beautiful Atlantic coastline from every hole. This improved view, however, made the course substantially more demanding as it also exposed it to the area’s brisk and unpredictable sea breezes. The Ocean has the highest combination of Slope Rating (155) and Course Rating (79.6) in America.

Kynžvart Golf Club

Description: Kynžvart Golf Club is on the Czech-Bavarian border. in a region devoted to harmony, peace and relaxation. The club’s history began in 2004 when the club was officially founded and began the construction of the course. The golf course is situated in the beautiful setting of a historic Castle Park, in the English style, with the backdrop of a classical I800’s chateau. Overlake Golf and Country Club

Description: Overlake Golf and Country Club’s golf course is a classic, walkable gem set in the heart of beautiful Medina featuring a challenging yet fair test of golf for all skill levels.

The original Frank James-designed Overlake Golf Club opened in 1927. James and his partner, William Henry Tucker, designed such early layouts as Olympia Country & Golf Club, Sand Point Country Club, and Jackson Park Golf Course. Overlake was in full swing as a social and sporting scene for Eastsiders and Seattleites, many of whom arrived by small boat or ferry, until 1935 when the Great Depression forced the Club’s closure.
